Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister on Thursday announced free education for the blind students in the province.
A delegation of the association of blinds met the CM in provincial capital and discussed their problems. The delegation also informed the CM about the education problems they are facing.
Sources said that Shahbaz had assured the delegation that the provincial government will took all the measures to solve the problems of the blind citisens.
He told them that the government would charge no education fee from the blind student in the province.
“All the education fees of blind students will be waived and two percent job quota will also be given to handicapped people,” the sources added.
