Islamabad: A three-member bench of Pakistan’s Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhmmad Chaudhry on Friday resumed the hearing on a petition on the Baloch missing persons issue.
During the hearing FC’s Major Sohai told the bench that Inspector General FC was busy therefore he could not appear before the bench today.
The bench expressed annoyed over the IG’s absence. The Chief Justice said that they could pass hard remarks if the IG would not appear before the bench.
“FC has its own plane, the IG should come through that plane,” the CJ remarked. He added that the SC had ordered the FC to produce the missing person.
