Two More Journalists Martyred in Israeli Airstrike on Gaza

Occupied Jerusalem: The series of Israeli aggression against the residents of Gaza continues, with two more journalists martyred in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza. Mustafa Thuraya, a video stringer for the French news agency AFP, and Hamza Wael al-Dahdouh, the son of Al Jazeera Gaza bureau chief,  Wael al-Dahdouh, were martyred in the Israeli aerial attack.

According to media reports, the Israeli airstrike resulted in the martyrdom of two journalists in Gaza, bringing the total number of martyred journalists to 109.

It is noteworthy that Wael al-Dahdouh’s wife and two children were also martyred in an earlier attack during the initial weeks of Israeli aggression. Reports indicate that since October 7, at least 109 journalists and media workers have been martyred in Israeli airstrikes.

In another incident, Hani Al-Masri, the coach of Palestine’s Olympic football team, was martyred in an Israeli airstrike.

According to media reports, 42-year-old Hani Al-Masri suffered severe injuries in an Israeli airstrike, and despite efforts to treat the wounds, he succumbed to martyrdom.

The Palestinian Football Association, lamenting the loss of Hani Al-Masri, stated that since October 7, a total of 88 sports-related individuals, including 67 footballers and 24 officials and technical staff, have been martyred in Israeli airstrikes, aside from players.

It is worth noting that as a a result of barbaric Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, more than 23,000 Palestinians have been martyred including 10,000 children and 7,000 women, while 58,416 Palestinians have been injured.
