65-Year-Old Wallet Found from Wall of Atlanta Cinema Hall

Atlanta: In the midst of the reconstruction of a cinema hall in the United States, a 65-year-old wallet was found behind the theater wall.

According to international media reports, this unique incident occurred in the state of Georgia, where a plumber discovered an old wallet behind the wall of Plaza Theater during the renovation, and it was handed over to cinema owner Chris Escobar.

Chris Escobar mentioned regarding this incident that the location where the wallet was found was possibly a department connected to the former manager’s office, which had been concealed through decoration and embellishment for a long time.

Chris Escobar further explained that after finding the safe, they conducted some online research. After conducting an online search, Escobar discovered that Floy Culbreth, the wallet’s owner, had passed away at the age of 87 in 2005. Despite this, he successfully reached out to her daughter, Thea Culbreth Chamberlain, who is now 71 years old. The belongings of the wallet were then handed over to her.

Within the recovered wallet, Chamberlain came across some of her personal items, including insurance cards and a note about a doctor’s appointment. At the time her mother lost the wallet, Chamberlain was only 6 years old, and now, at the age of 71, she reflects on the rediscovery of these long-lost possessions.
