Gaza: The Israeli military has intensified its attacks on residential areas in Gaza. In the latest assaults, 241 more Palestinians have been martyred, and 382 others sustained serious injuries, according to reports from international media.
As per the reports, over the past 24 hours, Israeli Zionist forces carried out attacks on more than 100 locations, including Khan Yunis, Al-Bureij, and Nuseirat. Artillery shelling targeted central Gaza, resulting in 241 Palestinians embracing martyrdom in the recent attacks.
Zionist forces also targeted the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent in the latest offensive. The upper floors of the Red Crescent headquarters in Khan Yunis were hit, causing numerous injuries and raising concerns about possible casualties. The area around the headquarters is housing thousands of displaced individuals.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that the Israeli military has also begun indiscriminate killings of Palestinian prisoners. The bodies of 80 Palestinians killed have been handed over to authorities. The deceased are being buried in unmarked graves without proper identification.
Meanwhile, Israeli officials have stated that the relentless Israeli attacks in Gaza could last for several months.
It is noteworthy that since the start of Israeli aggression against Gaza on October 7, the number of Palestinian martyrs has reached over 22,300. More than 54,536 individuals have been injured, including over 8,500 children and more than 6,300 women. Furthermore, around 1.8 million people from the Gaza Strip have been displaced out of its total population of 2.3 million.
Among those martyred in Israeli bombings, there are 311 members of medical staff and 103 journalists. Additionally, 40 personnel from the Civil Defense have also lost their lives.
