Beijing: In China, a thief who entered someone’s house with the intention of robbery fell asleep on the spot, and after a deep slumber woke up the homeowner with his loud snoring.
According to international news agencies, on November 8 in China, a thief, Yang, entered the residence through a window, intending to loot the house. However, his plans had to be adjusted upon realizing that the residents were still awake.
Finding out the residents were still awake, the thief got nervous and decided to hide in a room, waiting for the residents of the house to go to sleep. While waiting for the residents to fall asleep, the thief, ironically, fell into a deep sleep himself.
Meanwhile, the sound of loud snores alerted the homeowner, Ms. Tang, who initially mistook the loud snores for noise from a neighbor’s house. Curiosity arose when the snoring intensified as she went to wash her child’s milk bottle. To her surprise, she discovered Yang, the thief, asleep on the floor in the other room.
She immediately informed her family members and called the police, leading to the arrest of the thief.
It is reported that the thief named Yang had a criminal record before and had already been to jail for previous burglary charges.
