San Francisco: Google is releasing a series of new features for users of its messaging service, Google Messages. According to tech news outlets, Google has introduced changes to enhance the user experience for Google Messages, with more updates expected in the future.
According to reports from Android Headlines, Google Messages’ home screen is undergoing a change that will include a camera icon. Currently, users have two different ways to send images within the app. They can either upload images through the chat by using an add button or take a picture through the camera application and then select it in the chat. Google is working on making this process more user-friendly.
Tech prediction platforms suggest that a camera icon will be added alongside the search button in the app, with this button being linked to the camera application. This way, after taking an image, a list of contacts will appear, allowing users to select recipients.
Currently, this feature is in the completion phase within Google, and an official release date has not been announced yet.
