London: Sikhs worldwide continue to protest against the Indian act of terrorism in Canada. In London, a large number of Sikhs participated in the protest organized under the banner of ‘Sikh for Justice’.
Protesters from various cities, including London, gathered outside the Indian High Commission, raising placards and slogans. The occasion also saw strong condemnation of human rights abuses and violence against Sikhs by the Indian government.
During the demonstration, participants expressed their solidarity with the victims of hate crimes, particularly highlighting the recent murders of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada and Avtar Singh Khanda in the United Kingdom.
Protesters emphasized that the revelation of Indian state-sponsored terrorism by the Canadian Prime Minister has provided a new direction to the Sikh struggle for justice.
The murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar has made it clear that India intends to eliminate Sikhs and other minorities, but India cannot enslave Sikhs any longer. International countries should take note of India’s terrorism.
