Lahore: Arshad Nadeem has been awarded a prize of 3 million rupees by the caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi for winning a silver medal in the World Athletic Championship in Javelin throw.
According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi met Arshad Nadeem, and during the meeting, on Arshad Nadeem’s request, it was also announced that funds would be provided for the Mian Chunnu Stadium.
During the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi praised the abilities of Pakistani athletes, despite limited resources.
While discussing his future goals during the meeting, Arshad Nadeem stated that his aim is to win a gold medal for Pakistan.
