Rawalpindi: Following the orders of the Islamabad High Court, the federal capital’s police have transferred Imran Khan from Attock Jail to Adiala Jail.
According to the details, in light of the Islamabad High Court’s decision, the police reached Attock Jail and, with tight security, took Imran Khan to his destination. The convoy included mobile units and ambulances. ATS commandos were also part of the Islamabad Police squad.
Imran Khan was transported from Attock Jail to Adiala Jail via the motorway. Prior to the transfer to Adiala Jail, strict security measures were taken around the jail premises.
According to jail authorities, all requirements, including medical facilities, will be fulfilled upon the transfer to Adiala Central Jail as per the jail manual. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman will be given better-class facilities in accordance with the former prime minister’s entitlements.
