ISLAMABAD: The latest internet sensation, Chaiwala, aka Arshad Khan, who works at Islamabad’s Sunday Bazaar (Peshawar Chowk), is no more a Chai Wala, but he is a model now.
Arshad Khan, a blue-eyed handsome young chaiwala or tea seller who has women gushing over his good looks, became an overnight internet celebrity a local photographer posted his picture on social media.
he Instagram post on October 14 by aspiring photographer Jiah Ali (@jiah_ali) went viral and caused a sensation with #chaiwala being among the top Twitter trends on Monday.
The story was picked up by international media, including popular US website Buzzfeed.
This made Arshad’ fate turn around and a great number of costumers began to visit his shop specially girls.
And this was not it, as he has now been sponsored as a model for Islamabad based online shopping store providing the fastest delivery and money back guarantee on all products.
