Like always, Google has doubled jubilation of Independence Day for Pakistanis by dedicating a colorful doodle for Pakistan’s Liberation day.
It is the sixth consecutive year in which the tech-giant has posted one of its customized logos.
This year’s doodle is arguably the most elegant of the lot.
Last year, Google found inspiration from the amazing Lahore Fort, locally referred to as Shahi Qila. It is a citadel in the city of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Located in the northwestern corner of the Walled City of Lahore’s Iqbal Park, Shahi Qila is one of the most famous and most mentioned historical sites from Mughal Era.

The existing base structure was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar between 1556–1605 and was regularly upgraded by subsequent Mughal, Sikh and British rulers. It has two gates.

May Allah give us the capability to realize the importance of independence, and the responsibility which comes along with it.
Once again… Happy Independence day to everyone!
