Amir likely to get NZ visa this week: PCB

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Baord (PCB) on Tuesday has officially started the process of Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir’s visa for upcoming Pakistani tour to New Zealand for One Day international (ODI) and T20 series, The NewsTribe.com reported.

According to close sources of PCB, all the required documents of Mohammad Amir has been sent to New Zealand Embassy along with the guarantee letter of PCB.

Sources also confirmed that New Zealand gave a green signal for Mohammad Amir’s visa and he is likely to get visa this week.

It is to be kept in mind that Mohammad Amir has been added in the Pakistan side for the first time after the worst spot fixing scandal hit Pakistan Cricket way back in 2010 in England.

Pakistan will play 3 ODIs and 3 T20 in their visit to Kiwi land which will start from January 15 and last till January 31.
