LAHORE: Former speaker national assembly Ayaz Sadiq took lead over Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Abdul Aleem Khan in NA 122 by-election.
According to unofficial results, contestant of Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) took 2431 votes so far in three percent of total polling stations, while Abdul Aleem Khan grabbed 1710 votes.
Earlier, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) said that voting time will not be increased. Voting time is completed and according to ECP no extra time will given for voting. “Only the voters in polling stations will allow to cast their vote,” ECP.
Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that competition 50-5o in current situation in NA 122 constituency.
Imran Khan along with other leaders of PTI visited different polling stations. Imran Khan said that competition 50-5o in current situation.
“PTI will snatCh the victory from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N),” Khan claimed. He also asked supporters to come out and cast their vote.
