PCB Chairman says many cricket borads ready to play Pakistan

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Shehryar Khan said after Zimbabwe, many other teams are ready to play Pakistan.

During a press conference in Lahore, Shehryar Khan said Ireland, Hong Kong and Oman teams have shown interest to play in Pakistan.

He said mostly cricket boards prefer Lahore over Karachi for security reasons.

Chairman PCB said Board of  Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is ready to play bilateral series against Pakistan, if their government allows.

Replying to a question , he said “we won’t pressurize ICC  full members to visit Pakistan, they themselves have to take a decision.”

He further said, cricket and politics should be treated separately.
