FAISALABAD: As Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will announce the squad of the Green Shirts on Tuesday, let’s have a quick view at the possible squad of the host side.
According to sources, the Twenty 20 (T20) squad of Pakistan may contain a few fresh faces, while some senior layers can also make a comeback. Under the captaincy of Shahid Afridi the  T20 squad could be an amalgam of fresh and old blood.
The following new players like, Rizwan Ahmed, Ammad Waseem, Mukhtar Ahmed, Zafar Gohar and Saad Naseem have a fair chance of getting a place for two-match T20 series against Zimbabwe.
Umer Akmal, Ahmed Shahzad and Shoaib Malik would make the comeback in the side for home series after six years.
Sohail Tanwir can also make their comeback in the squad.
The probable T20 squad includes, Shahid Afridi, Wahab Riaz, Sohail Tanwir, Ammad Waseem, Mukhtar Ahmed, Zafar Gohar, Saad Naseem, Umer Akmal, Ahmed Shahzad, Shoaib Malik, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Rizwan Ahmed, Junaid Khan Mohammad Hafeez and Haris Suhail.
