Iran Rejects JUI-F Chief’s Visa

ISLAMABAD – The Embassy of Iran in Pakistan has refused to grant visa to Jamiat Ullema-i-Islam Chief, Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, on Wednesday.

According to the sources, the Iranian embassy granted visa to Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, but later on cancelled his visa due to unknown reasons.

The JUI-F’s spokesperson told that Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman was supposed to leave for Iran today (Thursday).

The JUIF spokesperson told that Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman was invited by head of Madressah Darul Ulum, Zahidan, and Senior Religious scholar Abdul Majid.

Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman has to address the big gathering on May 16, but due to unknown reasons Iran’s Embassy denied to grant visa to JUI-F Chief.
