ISLAMABAD: In his written answer to National Assembly, Interior Minister Ch. Nissar states that as many as of 4 million 6 thousand 27 foreign reside in Pakistan and up till now 6 foreigners have been sentenced to death by Pakistani court.
One foreigner was executed who was from Russia.
The report says that these foreigners were accused of serious crimes.
The National Assembly meeting was held under the supervision of deputy speaker Murtaza Javad Abbasi.
In reply to the report deputy speaker asked Minister of State for Parliamentary dealings to provide records relating execution of foreigners.
The report also says that in previous 5 years FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP provinces are badly affected with terrorism.
In FATA almost 1412 common people were killed and around 2972 were injured in terrorist attacks.
Whereas, in FATA 834 individuals of Law Enforcement Agencies, were martyred and 2375 got injured.
Official buildings in FATA also affected with terrorist activities and 4 million 77 thousand 110 families evacuated the area.
While in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 4921 common people, and 1515 individuals of Law Enforcement Agencies got injured during terrorist attacks.
In 5 years of terrorist activities KP faces “796 deaths of individuals from Law Enforcement Agencies and 1765 of common men” says the report.
