MECCA: United States President Barack Obama’s Grandmother Sarah Omar and Uncle Saeed Obama perform Umrah.
According to Arab media reports, few days ago US President Barack Obama’s grandmother Sarah Omar along with her son Obama Saeed and grandson Moses Obama arrive at Hijaz for Umrah.
Speaking to the media, Sarah Omar said that Quran and the Prophet’s Sunnah teach us tolerance and patience, mankind’s salvation is in to follow that path.
She said the arrangements and facilities provided by Saudi government in Makkah and Madinah for the pilgrims are extremely high.
Sara Omer also get the privilege of visiting attributed to the Prophet, and said that this is a good way of promoting Islam in contemporary situation.
He expressed hopes that other countries in cooperation with the Saudi government should arrange such type of exhibitions, which will help to undo the kind of misunderstandings that exists about Islam.
