Amid a great buzz about Hilary Clinton running for Presidency there are a lot of diverse opinions regarding this. Even in this 21 century people ask questions like should women be a president of state?
And there is no surprise that the whole idea of a ‘female becoming head of the state’ provokes some people.
Belonging to this category, a female CEO in Texas has experienced harsh criticism recently for saying a lady shouldn’t be president due to “diverse hormones” and “scriptural sound thinking.”
Cheryl Rios, CEO of Dallas promoting and advertising firm Go Ape Marketing, was so much aggravated by the concept of Female head the state that she composed on Facebook that she’d move “to Canada” if Hillary Clinton got to be head of state.
She wrote in her post:
“With the hormones we have, there is no way [a woman] should be able to start a war, . . .Yes I run my own business and I love it and I am great at it BUT that is not the same as being the President that should be left to a man, a good, strong, honorable man.”
Rios said she said that she is a proponent of equal rights, however focused on that “there’s an old scriptural sound thinking why a lady shouldn’t be president,” as indicated by the station. Rios, notwithstanding, did not refer to a specific scriptural verse to bolster her view.
In the wake of drawing feedback for her remarks on social networking, Rios took to twitter Tuesday to shield her convictions. She tweeted:
“In this great country we are allowed our own opinions. Mine may be something you don’t agree with, and so be it. I am old fashioned; I am Christian and believe what I have said,”

Rios added that she doesn’t believe that women should be “abused, or that they are stupid or can’t be lawyers, doctors or run successful businesses,” only that they shouldn’t be the country’s head of state.
She furthered that; “With that, please stop the nastiness as it wasn’t meant in that light,”
