Sachin Tendulkar all set for biopic debut in Bollywood

NEW DELHI: Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar alias ‘Little Master’ pulled socks up for his Bollywood’s debut biopic based on his own life which was conceived by Mumbai-based production company ‘200 Not Out’.

The production company would release the flick in 2015 in coordination with World Sports Group, the firm that manages Brand Sachin, Indian media reported.

However, the film is yet to receive a title which was directed by London-based writer-filmmaker James Erskine. The director has promised for ‘never seen before facets and footage’ on Sachin Tendulkar.

According to reports, the production company collated reels of archival footage of Sachin’s journey.

The Indian cricket legend scored 15,921 runs from 200 matches at an average of 53.78 during his 24 years career.
