LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shehryar Khan said that it’s up to Saeed Ajmal to decide whether to give his bowling action review or not in next a few days.
PCB Chairman Shehryar Khan said that Saeed Ajmal’s elbow bend is not in the limit of 15 degree and now it is up Ajmal whether to give his un official test or not.
He said Ajmal is very handy without  Doosra as well. He has lots of option except of Doosra, the chairman said.
Shehryar Khan said that Ajmal worked hard for to correct his bowling action.
Earlier, Pakistan’s legendary bowler Saqlain Mushtaq said that Ajmal’s elbow bend almost came in the limitations set by International Cricket Council (ICC).
Saqlain said that Ajmal has a minor defect of three to four degrees which will be corrected soon.
Mohammad Akram, NCA coach said that Ajmal’s two deliveries were spotted out of limitation of 15 degree bend during the two One-day played against Kenya in which he took three wickets.
He revealed that Ajmal is working on new ball which will be perfect after little more practice and he will be very handy even without Doosra.
Saeed Ajmal had been banned from bowling in the International Cricket during the Pakistan Tour of Sri Lanka this year.
He had given an unofficial test in London but unable to clear. His weapon Doosra was reported out of limit.
