ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson of foreign ministry, Tasneem Aslam has said India is responsible for prevailing deadlock in dialogues between India and Pakistan.
In an interview with an Indian TV channel, Pakistani foreign affairs spokesperson said that solution of Kashmir dispute is inevitable to save the region from any disastrous situation.
She said that is an important issue to be resolved, saying that it is a surprising matter that Kashmir issue is not being resolved.
She said that Pakistan is supporter of dialogue with India for the prosperity of region, saying that Pakistan wants peaceful and durable solutions of all the issue including the Kashmir issue. He said that now the time has come to resolve the issues.
He said that Kashmir issue is an important solution-demanding issue in south Asia, saying that it is quite surprising that the Kashmir issue could not be resolved after passage of several decades.
He said that Pakistan always support for dialogue with India but unfortunately India kept on leveling allegations against Pakistan without any justification.
Pakistan suffered much in terrorism but India is not trying to understand the fact and instead of realizing the reality is continuously leveling allegations of terrorism against Pakistan.
She said Pakistan has categorically said that it is ready for holding dialogues with India but now India will have to take initiative in the process of dialogues, saying that it is India which cancelled the process of dialogues with Pakistan.
She said, even today, Pakistan is ready to have better relations with its neighboring country India.
Tasneem Aslam said if India will take one step for solution of the problems, Pakistan will take 10 steps for resolving the issues, saying that Pakistan always preferred to have dialogues with India.
