Talking at the prize distribution ceremony after the Kabaddi World Cup final, Shafique said that match was abruptly ended before the alloted time when India took lead for the first time in the game.

He said that Pakistani players were not even allowed to drink water but the Indian players used oil, balm and every things with impunity.

When he complained the same to the umpire , he pushed him and threaten him, he added.

He also said that threats were hurled at Pakistani players from Indian spectators and officials, but the security and umpire kept them aloof from these.

He said that if India instead of fair play wanted to keep the trophy at home through unfair means than there no need to attend such events.
