Imran Khan announces new titles for Sharif brothers

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday gave new titles for his political opponents, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.

Imran Khan while talking to reporters here in Islamabad vowed that he would always address Sharif brothers with ‘dacoit’ and ‘thief’ from now.

Exchange of harsh statements was made between Imran Khan and PM Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday today as PM Nawaz Sharif dared PTI chief to run his ‘New Pakistan’ without any agenda and team.

Imran Khan alleged that the Sharif brothers spent Rs3000 million only to show their faces on media. He said that it was quite easy to be famous but getting respect was a different story.

PTI chairman said that success and respect for a person were completely in Allah’s hand and he only believed on the Allah Almighty for ‘victorious protests’.

He claimed that PTI gained historical victories in only 100 days which cannot be grabbed via struggle of 100 years. He added that his party-led sit-ins provided awareness and consciousness in Pakistanis and he consistently awaking the nation since last 18 years.

PTI chairman opposed ongoing military operation once again, said, ‘I am the only politician who visited all tribal areas. I would never send troops in any tribal part if in power. Tribesmen will be my army.’
