ISLAMABAD: Establishment division on Saturday issued a new policy of hiring in government departments from grade 1 to 16 through out the county.
According to the policy, only locals will be hired against vacancies of grade 1 to 3 while from grade 4 to 16 hiring will be made on merit by advertising the post in media.
From grade 4 to 15, candidates having the domicile of the respective province where the vacancy will be based, can apply.
As per the policy, the vacancies of BPS-16 or above in federal government departments would be filled through Federal Public Service Commission.
