Imran Kicks off civil disobedience movement

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan following his civil disobedience movement against the government has not paid his August electricity and tube well bills, Dunya News reported.

According to the report, Imran Khan had to pay 44, 542 rupees for electricity dues for August for his house in Bani Gala, as he used 2791 units of electricity in the month, which he did not pay on due date September 8.

In case of failing to pay bill on time, he has to pay penalty of 3830 rupees on electricity bill.

The PTI head had to pay 13825 rupees dues for using tube-well bill and he followed his movement of civil disobedience and did not pay the bill.

Talking to Dunya News, PTI chief’s Staff officer Tariq informed that Imran Khan did not pay utility bills after his announcement of civil disobedience movement.
