ISLAMABAD: Cricket legend Wasim Akram has expressed his support for the cricketer-turn-politician Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan via twitter’s message.
Wasim Akram has sent a supportive message to his former fellow cricketer and captain Imran Khan via his tweet on Monday, terming the PTI chief as ‘Ferocious Tiger’.

Akram expressed his thoughts about Imran Khan, termed him ‘Still a Leader’ since the Pakistani team won 1992’s World Cup under captaincy of Imran Khan.
Wasim Akram also uploaded a historical picture in his tweet, with a caption ‘Wasim Akram is sitting besides his master Imran Khan’.
On the other hand, PTI chief Imran Khan has revised Wasim Akram’s twitter message while addressing the public gathering in Islamabad today, as well as invited some renowned personalities to join PTI long march.
Imran Khan had started a country-wide campaign, Independence March, against federal government led by political rival Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and recently announced to march towards highly-secured Red Zone, located in the federal capital Islamabad.
