LAHORE: Session Court (SC) has ordered to register case over the Model Town against 22 individuals including the Prime Minster Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday in Lahore.
According to the Model Town incident reports, Provisional department held responsible by Judicial Commission.
Former law minister Rana Sanaullah and Tuaqeer Shah names are included in the list.
Model Town incident case was registered in the Station Faisal Town by organization of Minhaj-ul-Quran.
“Not a single department is specifically held responsible by judicial commission in its report,” SC said.
