Another case registered against Tahir-ul-Qadri by Punjab police

MIANWALI: Punjab police, on Sunday, registered another case against Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Tahir-ul-Qadri and party’s workers under charges of terrorism and snatching arms.

Police nominated 28 PTA’s workers, besides charge sheeting 250 unknown activists of the party in the first information report.

Earlier, PAT’s workers had killed a police constable and burnt several police mobiles in Lahore amid clashes with law enforcement agencies.

The recent spree of clashes was initiated a couple of days ago, ahead of PAT’s announced ‘Martyrs Day,  being observed today at Lahore.
