ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan’s Federal Minister of Power and Water Khawaja Asif has once again made promise for uninterrupted electricity supply as past government did to the nation.
Khawaja Asif directed all power supply companies of the country for provision of continuous electricity supply during Islamic month of Ramadan.
According to reports, the federal minister released the order to the power companies via video conference for usage of all resources to full nationals’ need during Ramadan.
Asif said that technical staff must be present on duty during Sehar and Iftar timings in order to provide rapid response against electricity complaints.
Pakistanis are facing severe shortage of electricity across all provinces since starting of this summer season despite federal government claims to make significant developments in power sector.
