ISLAMABAD: Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza khan has taken oath as Chief Justice Federal Shariat Court on Thursday.
Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Chief Justice of Pakistan administered the oath of office to Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan as Chief Justice, Federal Shariat Court, Islamabad in Supreme Court, in a simple but dignified ceremony.
Judges of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court, Judges of Federal Shariat Court, Attorney General for Pakistan, Officers of Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, Officers of Federal Judicial Academy, representatives of the Bar, senior lawyers and law officers also attended the ceremony.
Syed Tahir Shahbaz, Registrar Supreme Court of Pakistan conducted the proceedings of oath taking ceremony. Officers and staff of the Supreme Court of Pakistan were also present on the occasion.
