NEW DELHI: Indian foreign secretary Sujata Singh while briefing about the meeting between Indian prime minister Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif said that good relations with Pakistan can only be maintained if Pakistan helps in solving the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case.
Sujata further briefed media and dignitaries that Modi has raised terrorism issue with Nawaz Sharif while demanding that Pakistan should act against terrorists.
While on a positive note, she said that India wants better relations with Pakistan and trade should continue adding that the two countries can start trade on the lines of September 2012 agreement and according to the agreement, Wagah Border can be opened.
Indian foreign secretary revealed that Narendra Modi has accepted the invitation to visit Pakistan but the time for the visit has not been decided.
