ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s chief of army staff (COAS) Raheel Sharif has left for a two day visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The army chief will be watching joint military exercises of Pakistan and Saudi forces conducted under the name of “Abdullah’s Simitar”
Mr.Sharif was invited by Saudi Arabia’s heir apparent Prince Salman and Deputy Prime Minister .
The largest military exercise in the history of Saudi Arabia to be conducted in less than two weeks from now.
Different branches of the Army and divisions of internal and homeland security with 100,000 personnels will be involved.
