KARACHI: Sindh Police have deployed another woman official on Station House Office (SHO) post in the metropolis Karachi of Pakistan on Tuesday.
Inspector Zaibun Nisa has been deployed as Station House Office (SHO) at Bahadurabad police station of a posh area of the metropolis. Nisa is the second in row after Syeda Ghazala, who was deployed in Clifton police station last week.
Deputy Inspector General Muneer Shaikh made announcement for the deployment of Zaib-un-Nisa at Bahadurabad police station, local media reported.
Shaikh said that special recommendation was sent to Additional Inspector General Shahid Hayat Khan for Zaib-un-Nisa’s deployment.
Earlier, first woman SHO Syeda Ghazala had deputed at Clifton police station on April 8.
According to unofficial statistics, at least 600 police stations are present across Sindh province while 112 are situated in the metropolis Karachi.
