Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan have expressed utmost displeasure over the murder of two missing person and observed that a death in custody is murder.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice is hearing the missing persons case here.
During the hearing, Attorney General of Pakistan informed the apex court that two of the missing person died in custody.
The attorney general told the bench that one of the deceased died in December 2012 and the other in July 2013.
The chief justice said that the deaths of these two people have made the case even more complicated.
He also revealed that Defence Minister Khawaja Asif had told him about the deaths of the missing persons last night.
