PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said the process of changing the “Patwari” and “Thana” culture has been started and after few weeks every citizen would be able to able to see is being happened in rooms of SHOs and other officers.
While talking to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Swabi chapter delegation here in Peshawar on Wednesday, the chief minister said that no body would be able to do corruption after the changes, adding those who would try to do corruption will lose their jobs.
“We are going eliminate the education differences between the poor and rich by changing our education system into English medium.”
He said that the government was going to install CCTV cameras in police stations and the offices of patwaris which would help their officers to keep an eye over the activities inside the offices.
The delegation appreciated the efforts of the PTI’s provincial government and expressed their full confidence over the provincial leadership and the chief minister.
