HYDERABAD: A man was killed and several wounded in 19 cracker attacks by unidentified bike riders in Hyderabad and Dadu, and spread panic in both cities of Sindh, The News Tribe reported on Tuesday.
Police said the first bomb exploded in Liberty Market, Hyderabad in which a man died. The body was shifted to hospital for medico legal formalities.
According to sources, he was reportedly wearing a jacket of explosive martial and it blows accidentally, and leaves him dead.
Police said the person died in first bomb blast was not a suicide attacker as his body and dress not damaged completely.
Police said unidentified people on a bike throw a cracker near Hyder Chowk in Hyderabad, which exploded and leave some people injured. No casualties have been reported from the scene.
A cracker went off In Mllah Chowk, Hyderabad which was thrown by unknown bike riders and they fled after the cracker attack. Police said one man was injured in the cracker attack and he was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Later, Unidentified bike riders throw seven crackers in different areas of Dado, which leaves two men injured. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
The cracker attacks were made near bus stops, hotels and other public places of district Dadu.
Other cracker attacks went off in Nowshera Feroz and its surrounding areas.
The markets and other public place went close and panic spreads in the different cities of Sindh.
According to the sources, Sindh Nationalist parties are involved in Hyderabad and Dadu attacks as they are opposing government over the Pakistan protection bill.
