ISLAMABAD: Before the crucial all parties conference on terrorism and national security on Sep 9, the vocal opposition leader Imran Khan will meet the top civil and military leaders of the country separately.
Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan had demanded to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Army Chief General Ashfaque Parvez Kayani before the conference of political and religious leaders of the country.
In this regard, both of the leaders have nodded to meet with the Khan prior to the APC on the issue.
The meeting will also be attended by Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak.
Pakistan has been facing a skyrocketing surge in the violence and terrorism in the country killing hundreds since the new government has taken the charge in June this year.
