WASHINGTON: As few weeks are remaining in the launch of Appleās first device of this year, a new image leaked of iPhone 5C for the first time in the Black color.
The good news for the Apple fans who were waiting to see the low cost plastic brightly colored iPhone 5C likely white, blue, yellow, green and pink. Now a new image leaked showing the traditional black colored iPhone 5C.
Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 5C and its flagship device iPhone 5S on September 10.
The Apple iPhone 5C is expected to replace iPhone 5, according to reports.
The device includes 4-inch Retina Display wrapped in a plastic shell to make it more affordable. The new handset will be an all-plastic affair and will be slightly thicker than the iPhone 5 and 5S. The smartphone is expected to be priced significantly lower than the iPhone 5S and will allow Apple to offer consumers a more affordable iPhone while also better competing with mid-range Android smartphones and increasing its overall smartphone market share.
It is believed that Apple will announce that both the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S will go on sale on September 20, just ten days after the official announcement. The company typically launches its new iPhones about a week and a half after its announcement and always on a Friday. If the current rumored September 10 iPhone event date is real, September 20 will most likely be the date we can expect the smartphones to officially go on sale.
Apple will not only be adding multiple color choices for the iPhone 5C, but will also offer a new champagne/gold iPhone 5S color choice along with the usual black and white models.
