PESHAWAR: Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KPK) government has formed an independent accountability commission to eliminate the corruption in the province.
According to ThNewsTribe’s correspondent from Peshawar, the capital city of KPK the provincial government’s new step is part of election slogans of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI and Jamaat-e-Islami’s (JI) manifestos.
KPK government also decided that same education system will be implemented in throughout the province in next academic year.
Shokat Yousafzai, KPK government spokesperson has informed the media about provincial cabinet decisions after the meeting of cabinet in Peshawar.
“Government has decided that station house officer (SHO) in each police station will be posted for a specific time period” said Yousafzai while talking about government initiative to change THANA (police station) culture in the province.
Lawlessness, corruption and sub-standard education system are among biggest problems in the province.
