ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has named two persons for the appointment on chairmanship of National Accountability Bureau on Tuesday.
PM Nawaz Sharif wrote letter to opposition leader in National Assembly regarding suggestions of names for NAB’s chairman including Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery and Khawaja Zaheer Ahmed.
Khawaja Zaheer Ahmed had performed his duties as federal secretary while Justice Rehman performed as the member of judicial commission.
On the other side, the opposition leader is currently in Sukkur and he said that the letter sent by PM has not received till yet.
It is pertinent to note, Pakistan’s apex court outraged over government for non-appointment of the NAB’s chairman and ordered to give charge of the post.
