ISLAMABAD: The apex court of the country has cancelled all appointments and transfers mad by caretaker government.
The ruling has asked the relevant authorities to set up a three member commissoin to finalize appointments in public corporations and autonomous bodies.
The bench which annulled the appoints headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry,.
According to the bench, the caretaker government did not have a mandate to make postings and appointments as its task was to conduct free and transparent polls and to run daily affairs of the state.
