PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf finalised the alliance with three political parties in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the north-western province of Pakistan, sources said.
Leading party in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has ended talks for the formation of provincial government with Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) and Awami Jamhoori Ittehad Pakistan (AJIP).
Press conference will be conducted by the four political parties today on 7:30pm from Aftab Ahmed Sherpao house to announce the details.
According to PTI General Secretary in KPK Shaukat-Yousafzai, Pervaiz Khattak is selected for the post of chief minister while two senior ministries will be given to Jamaat-e-Islami and Qaumi Watan Party.
It is to be notified that contradiction lock was seen in PTI between the names of Pervaiz Khattak and Asad Qaiser for chief minister’s post but now Khattak is nominated for the post.
