KARACHI: Sindh government has announced on Tuesday the closure of all education institutions including government and private sectors of the province from May 9 up till May 11.
According to the announcement by secretary education Sindh, all educational department around Sindh will be closed during May 9 till May 11.
It may be mentioned here that government had announced the decision in view of staff needs during the biggest electoral, democratic activity in the country as well as to control the law and order situations.
Earlier, Punjab’s government also announced today that educational institutions (excluding private education sector) of entire province will remain closed for three days to organize general elections peacefully and safely.
Meanwhile, the teachers of Quetta have announced to resume activities after successful talks with the authorities.
