Karachi: At least 14 students were injured when activists of two student organisations clashed on Tuesday at Abdul Haq Campus of the Federal Urdu University for Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) here in Karachi.
According to sources, members of both group independently used clubs, pelted stones at each other and eventually turning the campus into a battlefield.
The students who received injuries during the clash were shifted to nearby hospital.
The university’s administration immediately suspended all classes and called the police and the rangers to control the situation.
Rangers have also arrested seven students allegedly involved in the fight.
