Islamabad: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan hearing NRO implementation case has been broken as Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk detached himself from the bench on Tuesday.
The bench comprising Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Athar Saeed and Justice Amir Hani Muslim was hearing the case.
During the hearing of the case in the apex court on Tuesday, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk refused to hear the case and detached himself from the hearing.
Justice Mulk said that he had given a judgment in the case against Adnan Khawaja and Ahmed Riaz in the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
Subsequently, the hearing of the case has been adjourned for indefinite period.
