Samsung Galaxy is hitting theĀ market on March 14 and the rumours have been piling about availability, specifications and features of the device.
We have gathered these rumours to paint a clear picture about the Galaxy S4.
Selling Date:
The Galaxy S3 was released on May 3, 2012 in London and it hit the stores later in the May. So if the Galaxy S4 will be announced on March 14, it will hit the stores from mid April.

Specifications:
So far following specifications have been appeared.
Display: Much of the sites are unanimous on a 5 inch display with 1080 resolution. If its true then the Galaxy S4 would be the largest Galaxy S smartphone with an amazing display.
There are split rumours about the composition of the display: one part of the rumours claims of full HD AMOLED display and the other part claims that Galaxy S4 will use full HD LCD display. But chances are great for full HD AMOLED display.
Processor: The Galaxy S4 is likely to have Exynos Octa, the fastest mobile processor for non-US model while quad-core processor from QualComm for US model.
Camera: The super smartphone will have a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with smart features and a 2Ā Mega Pixel front camera.
Storage: The Galaxy S4 is likely to come in three variants like S3: 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB and the RAM will be of 2GB
Operating System: The device will use Android 4.2 out of the box.

Eye Tracking Technology: The leading feature so far is the usage of Eye Tracking Technology that lets a user to use his or her eyes to operate the Galaxy S4.
AirView or Non-Contact Gesture Feature: Another unique rumoured feature is AirView or non-contact gesture. This would let you use the smartphone without touching the screen.
Wireless Charging: The device is coming with wireless charging kit to facilitate the power-hungry user of the smartphones.
Flexible Display: This is unique in nature as it could make the screen unbreakable. This was also displayed at Consumer Electronics Shows 2012 by Samsung.
