Karachi: The deadly trend of targeted killings in Pakistan’s largest city of Karachi shows no sign of abating as seven more people including two rangers personnel were gunned down in the metropolis on Thursday.
Police said that unidentified men entered a passenger coach in Baldia Town area and shot dead one man identified as Javed. The victim’s body was moved to the Civil Hospital.
Moreover, two bodies of Rangers personnel, who were kidnapped from Lyari area, were recovered from Mevashah colony in early morning.
Bodies of two more persons were also recovered from Khairabad area of Orangi Town while another body was found from Golimar area of the city.
A policeman identified as Mehram Chand was shot dead in Bhattaiabad area of Gulistan-e-Johar.
