Islamabad: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Monday formed a parliamentary committee to hold talks with the families of the victims of Kirani road blast in Quetta.
The deadly blast took place in the provincial capital of Balochistan on Saturday killing at least 89 people and injuring 170 others.
After the appalling incident families of the victims started a sit-in protest on Alamdar road and refused to bury the bodies of their loved ones demanding to deploy army to control law and order in the province.
The five-member delegation, comprised of Qamar Zaman Kaira, Mir Hazar Bajarani, Maula Bux Chandio, Nadim Afzal Chan and Sughra Imam, would meet and hold talks with Hazara Shia community representatives to address their grievances.
The delegation would also meet the families of victims of the blast and review the situation.
